Pyramids Tile & Stone COVID-19 showroom Policy.
With concerns over COVID-19, many businesses have asked representatives not to visit. Projects don’t stop though, and neither should our service to you.
In order to protect our staff, customers and community during this time, Pyramids Tile & Stone is implementing a minimal contact policy. Please view the following protocols for the ordering and picking-up of materials.
We encourage you to place orders ahead of time by calling or emailing; 407-290-3227, firstname.lastname@example.org. Material that is in stock will be pulled and ready for you upon the designated arrival time.
- Please call to let us know that you are here or on the way and provide an arrival time.
2. We will find and prepare yourorder for loading or place your order and process it on the spot.
3. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and call the showroom to let us know you are here.
4. Credit card authorization will be provided via email for payment to limit physical credit card handling. Information will be shredded upon completion.
5. We will take your name and vehicle tag number to substitute for signing the pick-up ticket. At this time, Pyramids Tile & Stone is open and servicing customers. Our showroom has moved to an appointment-only model, please be sure to call or email us to schedule an appointment. We’re also available to answer any questions you may have.
